No value means that there were no European Committee on Antimicrobial Sensitivity Testing (EUCAST) breakpoints available for this bug-drug combination or that the antibiotic was not measured for other reasons (e.g. too few measurements)
  2. MDOT, multidrug resistance to oral therapy; defined as resistance to all of the following oral agents: amoxicillin-clavulanic acid (according to breakpoint for indications other than uncomplicated urinary tract infection), ciprofloxacin, and co-trimoxazole
